Your seal cap will generally not require replacement, unless it becomes damaged somehow. You don't need to sterilise or wash the seap cap on an ongoing basis as it is not in contact with milk.
Tip: if you notice condensation in your seal cap, run it under hot water then 'pop' the disc out of the top. You can then let it air dry.
The Seal Cap is compatible with Liquid Shield Kit and not compatible with other systems.
All Pumpables parts in contact with your milk are free from BPA, phthalates and other nasties.
