We know it can be nerve-wracking trying to work out if a product will be right for you, so please know we’re always happy to work with you as much as needed before purchase. Our goal is to find you the right solution.

Are your breast pumps closed system?2022-02-26T09:55:12+03:00

Yes. This isn’t something we compromise on. All our breast pumps utilise technology to ensure that there is a complete barrier preventing milk from backflowing into the pump motor. This is essential for hygiene and to protect motor performance.

Are your products BPA-free?2022-02-26T09:54:02+03:00

Of course! All parts that are in contact with your milk are free from BPA, phlalates and other nasties. All parts are made from food-grade plastic / silicone.

How do I know which shield size to use?2022-02-26T09:51:21+03:00

This is a tricky one. The real answer is that it’s a matter of trial and error. Although you can measure your nipple diameter across and use it as a basis to start from, every woman’s body behaves differently when pumping.

This is why we have included three different shield sizes with the Genie Plus so you can mix and match to find what works for you. The most common reason for pain when pumping is using the wrong shield size, so make sure you find the right one.

If you need help, we offer a complimentary Fitting Room service to help you get started on shield fit and positioning.

What comes with the Genie Plus?2022-02-26T09:47:50+03:00

As well as the Genie Plus pump motor, there are two sets of bottles, teats, tubing and valves. We are also really excited to include a double set of breastshields in 3 different sizes (21mm, 24mm, 27mm) so you can be sure of the right fit..
